Anthropic has engaged US law firm Wilson Sonsini to prepare for a potential IPO in 2026. The company’s current valuation stands at $183 billion, with revenue expected to triple to around $26 billion next year.12 This would be one of the largest tech IPOs in recent years, and a race with OpenAI, who also plan to go public.
